1、搞明白詢盤的第一痛點 對于淘寶之類的B2C,要先設好賣方自己的賣點。但對于外貿(mào)這樣的B2B,則關鍵要滿足不同買方的特定需求,即痛點需求。 而第一痛點的識別是最重要的。 2、針對第一痛點,敢于聰明地承諾 客戶的外貿(mào)詢盤不只是針對你一個。誰更有可能承諾滿足需求的,客戶才可能會和誰開始溝通。這將決定了一個關鍵環(huán)節(jié)的轉(zhuǎn)化率。相信我們一定不會愿意將來之不易的詢盤丟掉吧?! 誠信固然重要,但是,在不欺詐的條件下,有點套路是必要的。否則,就算我們比同行強,對新客戶來說,也將毫無機會。 比如:如果客戶的痛點是價格,你甚至都不能首先強調(diào)價值,要先給客戶絕對低價格的可能性,后面再給出相對于價值的低價格。 先栓住客戶,再想辦法能賺錢地成交。 3、承諾之后,從始到終,鎖定第一痛點來做營銷 所有的郵件、會話、電話,所有的因果說明、競爭對比,都要鎖定客戶的第一痛點來營銷。 千萬不能自說自話,只知道強調(diào)自己的優(yōu)點。 80%的營銷話術要圍繞第一痛點。 上面先談3點。當然,這三點是連貫的。其它方面的事,如果有具體困難,再聊。

Any problem pls feel free to contact me . 我們在回復客戶詢盤時,要學會分析客戶的詢盤問題,我們看一下客戶詢問的問題: 1、客戶問我們是否能做以下兩款產(chǎn)品 2、如果我們能做,需要報價 3、樣品和大貨的發(fā)貨周期 從上面我朋友的回復郵件看,郵件對第一個問題做了回復,也提出了自己關于產(chǎn)品的問題。 第二個問題,他對產(chǎn)品做了報價,是對客人做了回復的。 我這里有個疑問:第一個問題回復中,他對產(chǎn)品有疑問,他這個報價又是基于什么來報價的呢? 如果對客戶需要報價的產(chǎn)品細節(jié)不明白,我建議,可以等先問清楚了再報價,做到報價準確。 第三個問題,他只解答了樣品的發(fā)貨周期。對于批量產(chǎn)品交期的問題,沒有解答。雖然他描述了自己公司的產(chǎn)能,但并沒有讓客戶得到他想要的答案。 對于這個詢盤我們可以這樣回復: Hi Jim Noted with thanks for your inquiry. 1.we can make the two items according to your request.The quotation will be sent to you asap . 2.Sample lead time:30 days on receipt of deposit. 3.mass production lead time:45 days for reorder ,60 days for first order on receipt of deposit. But we have below questions before quotation,pls kindly confirm back: (a) Attached picture one is same as the first item ? Regards 最后: 建議大家在寫完郵件后,建議站在客戶的角度,自己再讀1-2遍,一方面是為了檢查語法或者內(nèi)容,是否有錯誤,另一方面,看看所有的細節(jié)是否有回復清楚,避免遺漏。 寫好英文郵件,要求我們具有良好的英文閱讀能力,能理解客戶表達的意思,同時也需要具備良好的寫作功底,才能與客戶做好溝通工作。 希望大家都能多多開發(fā)到客戶。
我做了3年的貿(mào)易了,回復了之后沒有消息很多時候是正常的。你只能去減少這種情況,但是不可能去避免。比如客戶的詢價郵件,一般客戶肯定會貨比幾家或者十幾家。有時候你的價格不是最吸引人的,給的信息不是全面的,或者客戶認定你們的公司不專業(yè),或者沒有優(yōu)勢,或者客戶只是在做前期市場調(diào)研問問市場價格而已。或者即使你的價格低,但是他和別的供應商采購過這個產(chǎn)品,只是問問你的家作為參考而已;或者客戶只是篩選新供應商,為以后采購做準備現(xiàn)在不可能有訂單等等??傊碛珊芏?,情況很復雜。你只能盡力去做好:比如你回復的時候近可能比別人更早;多了解下市場行情,多比較下別人的價格或者對手的價格給一個優(yōu)勢的價格;或者你給出市場行情分析或者合理預測幫助客戶了解產(chǎn)品和市場,顯得你比別人專業(yè)?;蛘哙]件感覺冰冷,你有時間打個電話過去;有展會的時候約別人見過面產(chǎn)生信任。 一般情況下做貿(mào)易主要是不好和客戶產(chǎn)生信任,有了信任生意就好做了。我的很多客戶過后說合我做生意的理由是我們有信任。所以你盡量多去了解和嘗試努力建立信任,之后生意是水到渠成的。價格是重要的,但是絕大部分情況下不是最重要的。 希望我的一點經(jīng)驗對你有幫助,謝謝!

就說PI收到了。看交易方式,如果是有定金就讓客戶盡快安排定金,如果是100%L/C就讓客戶盡快安排開證,以便這邊能盡早安排生產(chǎn)。然后在說些客套的話,并盡快確認訂單里需要確認的東西。眾所周知,外貿(mào)業(yè)務員與客戶溝通時用得最多的渠道就是EMAIL。電子郵件是外貿(mào)業(yè)務中不可或缺的工具,所以對于一些新手來說,掌握好郵件回復客戶的技巧,對促成訂單將大有助益。 拓展資料一、標新立異的郵件主題 業(yè)務員在收到一封詢盤時,如果經(jīng)過判定是有價值的客人,那我們一定要在郵件標題上花點功夫,力求標新立異,有吸引力。 例如:1、直接標產(chǎn)品所認證的證書在標題上:Facemask(CE, FDA, BFE);2、標題上直接體現(xiàn)價格:Facemask(CE, FDA, BFE)---USD10.00 ;3、表明是最好的:The best pricelist for Facemask。 正文內(nèi)容要有重點 當給自己公司做介紹時,要簡潔、突出重點;巧妙運用電子版的catalogue和Pricelist;突出產(chǎn)品性能和所擁有的各項產(chǎn)品認證,抓準一點就是不要太冗長,否則物極必反。 另外,一開始千萬不要急于報價。了解客人的需求及合理分析、分類后慎重報價。報價可以應用圖片報價,把公司的各個產(chǎn)品圖片發(fā)給客人,特別是對那種不懂英文交流的客戶,方式越簡單,越容易理解最好。 二、分門別類設置回復模板 1、這是指通過對不同客戶的了解,對其國家、需求、合作意向深淺判斷等方面進行總結(jié),不同價格的客戶做出不同模板的詢盤回復。切忌千篇一律,模板設置上要簡單、易懂、圖文并茂。 2、報價講究實務 1、對于一開始反饋的客戶,給予梯度報價 例如:設定MOQ。MOQ是什么價格?散貨是什么價格?整個集裝箱是什么價格?全年合作是什么價格?談模具費用等等。模具費可以返還,到達什么量后返還,但不返現(xiàn)金,返還產(chǎn)品收取樣品費用。如何應對免費要樣品者。針對我們貨值比較便宜的產(chǎn)品,可以免樣品費,但需要支付快運費! 2、報價郵件必需體現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容:產(chǎn)品型號和配置(最好是用圖片來說明);根據(jù)訂貨的數(shù)量來給客戶的報價;目的港的信息(FOB 、CIF 等);報價的有效期。 三、選擇第一時間回復 這里說的第一時間并不是指收到郵件后馬上回復,而是根據(jù)買家的上班時間來回復,最好是在買家上班前一兩個小時內(nèi)發(fā)出回復郵件,這樣回復的郵件就不會被沉到買家郵箱的底部,可以增加買家回復郵件的機率。 四、詳盡的簽名 簽名要盡量詳盡,包括公司的名稱、電話、傳真、地址、郵件地址、主郵箱及備用郵箱等。 外貿(mào),是一個分析、回盤、跟進的一個重復、長期、彷徨的過程,但是只要堅持,掌握方法就能獲得收益;還有一點很重要,那就是對自己的產(chǎn)品要有信心,這樣你在跟客戶推產(chǎn)品時,你也會有信心。
