首先要明確的是不能說產(chǎn)品本身價值低就可以隨便亂發(fā)樣品,而樣品是要根據(jù)跟客人在溝通中確認對方確實需要你這個產(chǎn)品,而且談的也很投機。那么我們可以給對方寄樣品。否則會浪費自己的時間和工作量。另外樣品不管收不收費 快遞費 我都是建議到付的。因為不收樣品費的產(chǎn)品自然要到付,一般收了樣品費的下單后也是退還的,所以跟快遞費是不關聯(lián)的。 至于發(fā)出樣品后跟進的問題,我覺得第一次當對方收到快遞的時候(一般2-3天都會收到)就應該馬上聯(lián)系對方,這個時候?qū)Ψ较氡匾彩强催^或試用了解過你的產(chǎn)品,對你的產(chǎn)品到底怎么樣都會有個判斷結(jié)果的。要是說不滿意,那么就跟對方溝通要怎么做或怎么樣才可用滿足對方的要求。要是對方也是需要他的客人來確認的話,那么就問對方大概多少時間可以讓客人收到,記住這個時間點到時你再聯(lián)系對方。很多時候樣品寄出去要一兩個月后才有結(jié)果的都很正常,所以中間我們隔一個星期左右可以跟對方打個招呼問候一下,順便提一下樣品的事。
