你去網頁上搜很多的 我是一名經貿英語專業(yè)的學生。在過去的這幾個月里，我在實習單位從事外貿業(yè)務員的工作。在這一過程中，我采用了注意觀察、虛心請教等方式，鍛煉了口語交流 書面表達等多項技能，鞏固了外貿知識，初步了解了公司的具體業(yè)務知識，積累了工作經驗。為以后從事外貿工作打下了良好的基礎。 實習內容：根據相關的國際貿易法律與慣例，結合所學知識與國際貿易實踐，用英語與外商交流、談判及寫傳真、書信。掌握外貿術語，對出口貿易中業(yè)務函電的草擬、商品價格的核算、交易條件的磋商、買賣合同的簽訂、出口貨物的托運訂艙、報驗通關、信用證的審核與修改以及貿易文件制作和審核等主要業(yè)務操作技能。 實習目的：通過在單位的實習鍛煉英語聽 說 讀 寫能力 ，掌握實用的外貿技能，實踐和鞏固貿易知識，熟悉外貿業(yè)務，在實際業(yè)務的操作過程中全面、系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范地掌握外貿進出口流程。 為即將的就業(yè)打牢基礎。 實習過程： （1）堅持理論聯(lián)系實際 將《外貿英語談判》〈國際商務單證〉《外貿英語對話》等課程中所學到的基礎理論和基本政策加以具體運用。力求做到理論與實踐、政策與業(yè)務有效地結合起來，不斷提高分析與解決實際問題的能力。 認真觀察業(yè)務流程，積極和同事交流 虛心請教學習，學習與客戶溝通，開發(fā)市場。 （2）加強英語的學習 對于外貿專業(yè)人員而言，不僅要掌握一定的專業(yè)知識，而且還必須會用英語與外商溝通、談判及函電等。如果專業(yè)英語知識掌握不好，就無法開展工作，甚至會影響業(yè)務的順利進行。因此，在實習中大膽與客戶交流，邊鞏固所學知識，邊學習工作中遇到的外貿英語知識，掌握外貿專業(yè)術語基礎。 （3）注意本課程同其他相關課程的聯(lián)系 外貿英語是一門綜合性的學科，與其他課程內容緊密相聯(lián)。應該將各們知識綜合運用。比如法律，比如商品學 比如營銷學，在實習期間發(fā)現(xiàn)這些對開展工作的用處很大，這就要求我們廣泛博覽其他相關學科的書籍，多和同事 上級溝通 關注外貿當面的新發(fā)展，不斷提高業(yè)務能力。 （4）堅持學以致用 外貿英語是一門實踐性很強的應用學科。實習中深有體會，許多書本中學的東西想要發(fā)發(fā)揮其作用 需要廣泛積極的應用于外貿交流中，處理工作事務中學習到很多書本沒有講的知識 ，可見 學以致用在這門學科里的重要性。 實習總結：畢業(yè)實習是大學生的一段人生經歷，它使我在實踐中了接觸了社會，學到了很多在課堂上學不到的知識，在實習中我拓寬了視野，增長了見識，為我們步入社會打下堅實的基礎。 人生充滿了機會和挑戰(zhàn)。實習期間也遇到了下面的問題：[1]與上司溝通不好；[2]上司給的某份工作感覺無從下手；[3]對瑣碎重復的工作感到厭倦。 我通過一段時間的摸索摸索，總結出擺正心態(tài)的重要性 ，冷靜分析，從自身查找原因，采取有效措施。樹立一個辯證的挫折觀，保持自信和樂觀的態(tài)度，正是失敗本身才最終造就了成功。學會自我寬慰，能容忍挫折，要心懷坦蕩，情緒樂觀，善于化壓力為動力，改變內心的壓抑狀態(tài)，以求身心的輕松，重新爭取成功。 接待客戶，收發(fā)處理郵件 制發(fā)文件等工作要做到積極主動，認真 負責。 還有與領導談話要注意言語場合 ，正確理解領導意圖。 通過實習，加深了我對外貿英語知識的理解，提高了我的實踐能力，掌握了更為實際的外貿知識，鍛煉了辦事能力，了解了社會。 通過一個多月的實習，發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的不足，我會在以后的工作學習中更加努力，取長補短，需心求教。相信自己會在以后的工作中更加用心，表現(xiàn)更加出色！不管從事什么工作都會努力！ 對外貿英語詞匯學習的一點見解 中國加入世界貿易組織以來，我國對外貿易取得了更大的發(fā)展，經濟全球化，世界經濟一體化的趨勢日益明顯，外貿英語在我國外貿活動中的作用越來越大。為此，學習和研究這門學科已成為時代和社會對我們外語專業(yè)學生的迫切要求。 這里以詞匯為例，談談我對外貿英語詞匯學習的一點感受。 任何一門語言都是由詞匯構成的，然而世界各個國家因為歷史 自然等原因，詞匯的創(chuàng)造 形成 發(fā)展經歷了各不相同的過程。 英語和漢語中都廣泛存在著一詞多義的現(xiàn)象，這就要求我們在外貿英語學習中留心觀察，善于總結。 一：一詞多義 有些英語單詞既有普通含義,又有專業(yè)含義,有些發(fā)展成專業(yè)詞匯、術語。如： Unless you perform the terms of the credit , we will accept and pay at maturity the 貴公司履行信用證條款的條件下,我行將接受并于當日支付信用證下提示的匯票。 句中的accept 和maturity 的常用意義分別為“接受”和“成熟”,而在此處,accept 意為“承兌,即遠期匯票的付款人接受匯票,正式確認如期支付匯票金額的責任”；maturity 意為“(票據的) 到期”。兩處錯誤顯然是因為忽略了這兩個詞在外貿英語中的特別意義。 可見,在外貿英語學習中遇到一詞多義的詞匯時,要根據上下文來把握其含義。多查專業(yè)詞典和工具書,弄懂詞匯的確切意義和外貿專業(yè)的特殊含義。 外貿英語中的抽象名詞在許多時候也可以做可數名詞,表示比較具體的東西,并有復數形式,這些以虛指實的抽象名詞能大大簡潔英語的表述。例如: 1. Thank you for informing us about the damage to our shipment . 2. The US is a heavy consumer of natural resources , and it is increasingly reliant on certain imports , especially on oil.Shipment 做不可數名詞時有“裝運,運送”的意思,而在例(1) 中,該詞用作可數名詞,其語義具體確定為“所交運的貨物”則更準確。在例(2) 中,imports 并不是“進口”的意思,而是指“進口的產品”。 所以我們在日常學習中對詞匯的詞性要認真細致學習，靈活掌握。 二：名詞復數變義 在外貿英語中,有的單數名詞變成復數后詞義發(fā)生了變化。有些名詞的單、復數意義大不相同,復數意義不是單數意義的擴展或引申,也不是聯(lián)想。這類詞在平時學習時要認真記憶,多加積累。 我們可以把這些詞匯整理到一個便于翻看攜帶的本子上。經常添加 ，日積月累，英語水平一定會有提高。 如下例： 1.Commodity futures trading is an important part of the buying and selling process(商品的期貨交易是買賣過程中的重要組成部分) . 2.For accounting and other purposes，the above mentioned current assets and liabilitiesare those actually shown in the Balance Sheet as per incorporation date(為了核算和其他目的,上面流動資產和負債是那些實際反映在公司成立那天的資產負債表內的數字)上面兩例中futures 和liabilities 的意義分別為“期貨”和“負債”,和單數形式的時的“未來”和“責任”大不一樣。類似的還有: securities 表示“有價證券”,而非“安全”,facilities 表示“設備,設施”, 而非“容易,便利” 前面說過 每門語言的形成 都與它的地理 歷史 文化背景有著息息相關的聯(lián)系。學習詞匯也不能孤立于這門語言之外。為此我們要學好一門語言 要做到以下幾點： 三：把握適合的語場 語場, 即話語范圍, 是指在交際過程中實際發(fā)生的事, 以及參與者所從事的活動, 其中語言活動是重要組成部分。以下舉兩個例子 看看英語同漢語在語場表達上的差異。 在漢語中，“東風”即是“春天的風”，而英國地處西半球，北溫帶，海洋性氣候，報告春天消息的卻是西風，英國著名詩人雪萊的《西風頌》正是對春的歌頌。 而外貿英語的語場則包括了外貿工作者從事的各種進出口業(yè)務活動, 和他們用以表達進出口業(yè)務的語言。在外貿活動中, 為了達到有效交際, 主要語言活動必須緊緊圍繞著貿易活動這個話題進行, 貿易工作者必須使用能夠有效表達這個話題的語言項目, 如貿易術語、貿易習慣用語、固定語法和語篇格式( 例如國際貿易定價單、合同) 等。 外貿英語的語域在很大程度上是由語場來決定的。在國際貿易的悠久歷史中, 其詞匯、語法結構、習慣用語等已經形成了許多固定表達方式, 而這些表達方式大多數是由語場決定的。 在外貿英語學習時, 我們必須使用表達國際貿易語言意義的詞匯和習慣用語,也應當符合外貿英語的語場義。 四：詞匯含義的表達差異 影響詞匯意義的因素很多: 中國人和西方人在觀察和思維上都存在著差異, 因而對同一種東西及其特征和屬性有著不同的概念和表達方式, 學習時必須清楚地了解中西方對某一具體事物各自不同的表達方式, 文化背景不同，操不同語言的人在交談時，即使語言準確無誤，也會產生誤會。對于不同的人們，同一個詞或同一種表達方式可以具有不同的意義。 比如“知識分子”和intellectual 在中國，“知識分子”一般包括教師、學生 醫(yī)生記者等。但在美國和歐洲，intellectual只包括大學教授等有較高的學術地位的人。 這些需要我們在平時的學習中多多觀察積累，多讀英美書刊，多聽原汁原味的英語材料，廣播等，多和英美國家的朋友交流。 這種表達差異在貿易活動中更有體現(xiàn) 這里舉出幾個例子： 1: The exporter has drawn a draft on the importer for USD 5 ,800 with relevant shipping documents attached. 此句中to draw a draft 是to write out a draft ,即“開立一 張匯票”之義,而該義一般不用to open a draft 來表達。明確了該搭配的意義后,全句可譯為:“出口方開立了一張金額為5 800 美元、以進口方為付款人的匯票,隨附相關貨運單據”。再如,in favor of 和in the red 在外貿英語中也有其習慣用法和意義,留心其表達方式。例句中的in favor of 根據上下文應譯為“以某某為受益人”,而不應譯為“支持”或“有利于”。 2：China Minsheng Banking Corporation, Ltd. 中國民生銀行 corporation本身即為有限公司，相當于limited company，英譯中無需再加“Ltd”。應譯為：China Minsheng Banking Corporation 3：Welcome you to visit our fair! 歡迎參加我們的交易會 譯文中welcome是動詞，因此此句是祈使句形式，省略的主語為第二人稱你（你們），而不是中文所含的我（我們）之意。應譯為： We welcome you to visit our trade fair! 更簡潔而地道的譯法是：Welcome to our trade fair! 4: Our company exports industrial products, chemicals, medicines and etc.. 我公司出口工業(yè)產品、化工產品、醫(yī)藥等 .etc.等于and so on或and others，已含有and的成分，上述譯文無需加上and一詞。應譯為： Our company exports industrial products, chemicals, medicines, etc.. 5:After this agreement is signed by the two parties, all parties shall strictly abide by it. 注：與上一條相類似，在協(xié)議當事方為三方（或三方以上）時，各方為all parties，而當事方為兩方時應用both parties。應譯為：After this agreement is signed 外貿英語是一門龐雜的學科，涉及國際貿易，法律 英語，金融等科目，因此在學習中既要注重學科內知識的掌握 也要廣泛汲取相關專業(yè)的知識 ，鞏固對外貿易知識基礎。 詞匯的學習是以經貿交流中的應用為目的的，研究這些詞匯有利于我們在外貿活動中更好地表達和交流，從而使外貿活動更加順利的進行。任何一門語言的習得都離不開科學積累和辛勤總結，外貿英語知識的掌握更需要我們在實踐中不斷研習。
