幾點拙劣的建議,互相學(xué)習(xí)吧: 1、收到這樣的詢盤,知道對方是做這個行業(yè)的,但只是他要的那一款產(chǎn)品你家沒有,其實還是有合作的可能的。所以思路是正確的,先給對方表示“很遺憾,我們沒有這個”,再提及“其實我們有什么什么,或許你會感興趣”。 2、從郵件的后半部分,感受不到你較強(qiáng)的想和他做生意的愿望,顯得很平淡。語言也不容易引發(fā)客戶對你們產(chǎn)品的興趣。 3、建議第三段sorry to tell you刪掉。直接But it isn't a smart faucet. 客戶不回復(fù)郵件的情況很多,按可能性大小排列 客戶最近沒有這個需求或是需求不大 客戶覺得你或你們公司不專業(yè),提供的報價和產(chǎn)品參數(shù)或認(rèn)證達(dá)不到要求 你拿到的郵箱不是客戶主要郵箱,這得看你從什么途徑得到客人聯(lián)系方式了,如果是阿里巴巴詢盤,很正常 客戶最近在度假或是出差 解決方法,外貿(mào)要做好有且只有一種途徑,打電話,前期先在小公司混著,等熟悉基本操作了,郵件回復(fù)水準(zhǔn)達(dá)標(biāo)了。就去真正的大公司吧,外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員只是銷售,銷售自然要天天走訪客戶,很多公司在海外都有布局了。。。不扯了,等你做到海外區(qū)域經(jīng)理就知道,外貿(mào)其實改怎么做了
