  如果產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有所保證且價(jià)格還是比較合理的話,我想說(shuō)的是:砍價(jià)不識(shí)貨,識(shí)貨不砍價(jià)!   客戶砍價(jià),我們不一定要接受!不過(guò)看出你的意思是要做這個(gè)客戶生意的前提下怎么婉轉(zhuǎn)的接受客戶砍價(jià)!有的客戶自己根本不了解產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)價(jià)格都亂砍,胡編亂造說(shuō)在哪里有朋友買過(guò)才多少多少,其實(shí)那都是忽悠,豬鼻子插蔥裝象?沒(méi)門!內(nèi)行人一聽就知道!   如果你就這么一聽就降價(jià),那更說(shuō)明有問(wèn)題,你們利潤(rùn)空間很大,到時(shí)候客戶還會(huì)要求你送這個(gè)送那個(gè),更慘!這樣的客戶寧愿不做他的生意!如果實(shí)在要做他的生意,降價(jià)那也不能當(dāng)著客戶的面就直接說(shuō)可以降價(jià),除非你是領(lǐng)導(dǎo),不然的話,你最好和客戶說(shuō):這個(gè)是公司給我的最低價(jià)了,而且你量也不大,要不你加大點(diǎn)量,我去請(qǐng)示一下領(lǐng)導(dǎo),幫你和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通一下!如果客戶同意加大量,那適當(dāng)給點(diǎn)優(yōu)惠也是合情合理的!這樣的話你自己都有底了,能給客戶那個(gè)價(jià)格就沒(méi)有必要真的去請(qǐng)示領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了,你就裝吧,裝著要去和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通,其實(shí)你做什么都可以,就是不要去找領(lǐng)導(dǎo)哦!過(guò)一陣之后你再回來(lái)和客戶交代,就說(shuō):我們領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)話了,我說(shuō)你是新客戶,可能對(duì)產(chǎn)品還不是很了解,想看看產(chǎn)品到底怎么樣先,好的話下次會(huì)繼續(xù)合作的,且加大量訂購(gòu),我好說(shuō)歹說(shuō),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)最終同意你提出的價(jià)格,他說(shuō)這次生意根本沒(méi)掙錢,下不為例的哦!反正呢,給客戶便宜也要讓他知道,不是那么容易的,你還是飛了很大的力氣,幫了很大的忙的!不然他會(huì)得寸進(jìn)尺的哦!   如果客戶不同意加大量呢,那你也要按我上面說(shuō)的去做,要經(jīng)過(guò)請(qǐng)示領(lǐng)導(dǎo)!后面的戲還是一樣要唱給客戶看的!   不過(guò),如果你們是做批發(fā)的,且客戶是同行,那看客戶訂哪些產(chǎn)品?多不多?分析一下他是不是真的屬于同行,其實(shí)也是可以套出來(lái)的!同行的話對(duì)產(chǎn)品都是有所了解的,他砍價(jià),無(wú)非就是他可能在哪里要過(guò)產(chǎn)品,可是由于什么原因不想在原來(lái)的地方要了,所以來(lái)你們這里,希望能給的價(jià)格和以前要過(guò)的差不多!這種情況呢,如果他量大的話,你真不知道能不能給那個(gè)價(jià)格,那最好還是請(qǐng)示領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這回呢就不是唱戲了!如果你也知道客戶要的量即使能按客戶提出的價(jià)格給的,你也要和客戶說(shuō)要請(qǐng)示領(lǐng)導(dǎo)哦,這回又是唱戲而已啦!之后也要和客戶說(shuō)明一下,優(yōu)惠的不容易!做生意都是要掙錢的,砍頭的生意有人做,賠本的買賣是沒(méi)有人做的!希望客戶也是能理解的!但是是同行嘛,就少掙一點(diǎn),不過(guò)下次還是這個(gè)量的話就得不到這個(gè)優(yōu)惠價(jià)格了哦!一定要點(diǎn)醒他!
