在展會(huì)上我們參加的目的一般至少是兩個(gè):第一個(gè)是要抬升企業(yè)形象,再一個(gè)就是訂單。在展會(huì)當(dāng)中首先我們要了解市場(chǎng)需求情況,不同的市場(chǎng)有不同的需求,包括這個(gè)產(chǎn)品它的外觀哪些方面的要求和功能,比如說價(jià)格水平要限制在哪個(gè)范圍之內(nèi),我們利用這個(gè)展會(huì)獲得這方面的信息。另外,要了解我們同行的發(fā)展情況,包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手他的規(guī)模怎么樣,他的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方向,他的價(jià)位、他的品質(zhì),他的市場(chǎng)定位。因?yàn)閺V交會(huì)上同一個(gè)行業(yè)當(dāng)中不可能一個(gè)人參展,有很多同行都去參展,我們參加廣交會(huì)不是說光是接單這樣的狹小的目標(biāo),我們還要做很多其他的工作,我們要了解市場(chǎng)情況、了解客戶、了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的發(fā)展情況。 1.參加一個(gè)展會(huì)之前是不是會(huì)發(fā)出一些邀請(qǐng)函,邀請(qǐng)老客戶去展位上參觀和洽談? 其實(shí)每一家參展企業(yè)都會(huì)這樣做的,因?yàn)榧词共粎⒓訌V交會(huì),參加廣交會(huì)對(duì)一個(gè)企業(yè)來說是一個(gè)比較大的舉動(dòng),這么大的動(dòng)向應(yīng)該告訴客戶,企業(yè)的發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品的研發(fā),每一個(gè)研發(fā)方向,新產(chǎn)品等,有哪些商業(yè)企業(yè)都要讓自己的客戶來了解這些舉動(dòng)。另外一方面你參加展會(huì)就像一個(gè)表演者,要有足夠的觀眾來捧場(chǎng),在廣交會(huì)上你的熟客肯定要進(jìn)一步來探討,更深層次的合作。 2.如何準(zhǔn)備吸引客戶的樣品呢? 首先我們對(duì)產(chǎn)品要有一個(gè)精心的安排,讓客戶如何在成千上萬的產(chǎn)品中看中你的產(chǎn)品,要做到這一點(diǎn)非常的困難,我們準(zhǔn)備樣品時(shí)要非常的慎重、要精心挑選,一般選擇代表性強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)品,比如風(fēng)扇生產(chǎn)商,風(fēng)扇有很多的款式,你要挑選有代表的產(chǎn)品來廣交會(huì)上進(jìn)行展示。另外要注重產(chǎn)品的外觀,因?yàn)閺V交會(huì)上最重要的做法是如何最大限度地吸引來賓他們的眼球,如果說外觀沒有什么特點(diǎn)的話,你要保持外觀的整潔、光澤度。 3.為什么既選擇展會(huì)又選擇電子商務(wù)?有什么方法讓客戶回復(fù)發(fā)出去的郵件呢? 參展短時(shí)間內(nèi)可以接觸很多的客戶,并且很直觀,這一點(diǎn)網(wǎng)站是無法比擬的。網(wǎng)站上的周期很長(zhǎng),在網(wǎng)站上宣傳可能一次性做一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì),然后是一年的時(shí)間。網(wǎng)站是永不落幕的廣交會(huì),它有自己的特點(diǎn),可以天天通過網(wǎng)站跟網(wǎng)友接觸。 在郵件回復(fù)中研究透徹客戶詢盤的詢問內(nèi)容,要有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行回答和報(bào)價(jià),要包含一些信息。
