從開發(fā)到談判，到下訂單，發(fā)貨等。這些都是英語基礎(chǔ)知識。 1）開發(fā)客戶英語基礎(chǔ)知識：需要定位目標(biāo)市場，懂得獲取和運用英文關(guān)鍵詞。找到合適的客戶，就要開始開發(fā)，開發(fā)信、電話、聊天等等，都需要英語。 2）談判英語基礎(chǔ)知識：等客戶回復(fù)你之后，一封封詳細的郵件，你要盡最大可能不去誤解客戶的意思。尤其一些對于數(shù)據(jù)要求很嚴格的產(chǎn)品，一個小差錯會導(dǎo)致整個訂單的崩塌。而且，要準(zhǔn)確地講觀點和態(tài)度傳達給客戶，一句不恰當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_，會失去合作機會。 3）接待客戶時英語基礎(chǔ)：毫無疑問，客戶來接待才是最好的。但是英語口語不行的話，讓同事接待，首先不了解客戶；其次不可能每次讓同事幫你。 4）英語單據(jù)發(fā)貨相關(guān)的各種單據(jù)，不僅數(shù)據(jù)要準(zhǔn)確，很多時候時間緊迫，需要及時提供。萬一出現(xiàn)差錯，改單是小事，涉及到金額就麻煩了。 5）投資平臺，每天進行的宣傳、操作，都需要用英語。不要指望翻譯軟件，出錯率太高，完全依賴軟件，會讓你的訂單出現(xiàn)大的差錯的。 6）款相關(guān)英語：主要信用證。哪怕再負責(zé)的銀行審證人員，最后的決定權(quán)和審核責(zé)任仍然在你自己。一些信用證復(fù)雜的，長達十幾頁，翻譯公司和銀行審證員都不能完全依賴，需要一條一條去看，一個單詞一個單詞地去審查。 注意事項 合同好協(xié)議里面，對責(zé)任的劃分，最喜歡用軟條款，簽名要求、時間要求、單據(jù)要求、付款限制等。一個不符點，遇到不優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶，財貨兩空。業(yè)務(wù)員的英語就顯得極為重要了。沒有哪個同事愿意擔(dān)負責(zé)任，替審核十幾頁的全英文資料，你自己的客戶，只有你自己負責(zé)到底。 這只是幾個大的方面，一名合格的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員，一天8小時工作中，可以說80%以上的時間是在和英語打交道。英語不是萬能的，但是想成為優(yōu)秀的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員，英語不好是萬萬不能的。
