我做了3年的貿(mào)易了,回復了之后沒有消息很多時候是正常的。你只能去減少這種情況,但是不可能去避免。比如客戶的詢價郵件,一般客戶肯定會貨比幾家或者十幾家。有時候你的價格不是最吸引人的,給的信息不是全面的,或者客戶認定你們的公司不專業(yè),或者沒有優(yōu)勢,或者客戶只是在做前期市場調(diào)研問問市場價格而已?;蛘呒词鼓愕膬r格低,但是他和別的供應商采購過這個產(chǎn)品,只是問問你的家作為參考而已;或者客戶只是篩選新供應商,為以后采購做準備現(xiàn)在不可能有訂單等等。總之理由很多,情況很復雜。你只能盡力去做好:比如你回復的時候近可能比別人更早;多了解下市場行情,多比較下別人的價格或者對手的價格給一個優(yōu)勢的價格;或者你給出市場行情分析或者合理預測幫助客戶了解產(chǎn)品和市場,顯得你比別人專業(yè)?;蛘哙]件感覺冰冷,你有時間打個電話過去;有展會的時候約別人見過面產(chǎn)生信任。 一般情況下做貿(mào)易主要是不好和客戶產(chǎn)生信任,有了信任生意就好做了。我的很多客戶過后說合我做生意的理由是我們有信任。所以你盡量多去了解和嘗試努力建立信任,之后生意是水到渠成的。價格是重要的,但是絕大部分情況下不是最重要的。 希望我的一點經(jīng)驗對你有幫助,謝謝!
