主要要注意以下幾方面吧 第一，你跟面試的人見面了，肯定會有個第一印象的，這個主要是通過長相，穿著什么的開體現(xiàn)的，但是沒什么特別大的關(guān)系，主要是看你的能力，當(dāng)然了，你要是穿著吊帶，短褲加涼拖，肯定不會給面試關(guān)一個好印象的。 第二，就是你的簡歷，一定要針對外貿(mào)來做，你的經(jīng)驗越多越好，最好與外貿(mào)相關(guān)，沒有這方面的經(jīng)驗，至少跟英語有關(guān)，如果沒工作經(jīng)驗，最好給你的與外貿(mào)有關(guān)的課程都寫進去。 第三，一般的公司會讓你翻譯一些東西，通常是商務(wù)往來信函的一封或幾封，也有讓翻譯信用證條款的，主要看公司的要求了，也有的老板讓你給翻譯寫下來，還有給你一封郵件讓你直接回復(fù)的，主要是看看是不是懂外貿(mào)，外貿(mào)流程等。 第四，你要準(zhǔn)備一下英語相關(guān)的，比如英文自我介紹，當(dāng)然這個我面試的時候就不問這個，因為好多人都事先備好了這個，看不出來英語水平，我會考一些其他的話題讓面試者去陳述表達，主要是看英語口語能力和發(fā)音，當(dāng)然了有時我還考一些簡單的口語對話，看看反應(yīng)能力和思維力。祝你好運，呵呵！ 另外還要準(zhǔn)備外貿(mào)中經(jīng)常會遇到的問題用英語怎么回答。如how to open a new customer? 首先最看中能力與素質(zhì)。 一、管緊自己的嘴巴，三思后答 　　考官們經(jīng)常采用的一個基本策略就是盡量讓應(yīng)試者多講話，你在面試時一定要注意管緊自己的嘴巴，以免畫蛇添足。 　　二、留足進退的余地，隨機應(yīng)變 　　面試當(dāng)中，對那些需要從幾個方面來加以闡述，或者“圈套”式的問題，要注意運用靈活的語言表達技巧，不要一開始就把話講死。 　　三、穩(wěn)定自己的情緒，沉著理智 　　有時面試時，考官會冷不防地提出一個令應(yīng)試者意想不到的問題，這時，你需要的是穩(wěn)定情緒，千萬不可亂了方寸。 　　四、不置可否地應(yīng)答，同樣討好 　　應(yīng)試場上，考官時常會設(shè)置一些無論你作肯定的回答還是作否定的回答都不討好的問題。而你模棱兩可的回答，能讓自己置于一個有利的位置。 　　五、圓好自己的說辭，滴水不漏 　　在面試中，有時考官提的問題并沒有什么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案，這就要求應(yīng)試者答題之前要盡可能考慮得周到一些，以免使自己陷于被動。面試在某種程度上就是一種斗智，你必須圓好自己的說辭，方能滴水不漏。 　　六、不拘一格的思維，歪打正著 　　面試中，如果考官提出近似于游戲或笑話式的過于簡單化的問題，你就應(yīng)該多轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn)腦子，想一想考官是否另有所指，是否在考察你的智商、情商或是職商。如果是，那就得跳出常規(guī)思維的束縛，以求收到“歪打正著”的奇效。 　　七、擺平自己的心氣，委婉機敏 　　應(yīng)試場上，考官往往會針對求職者的薄弱點提出一些帶有挑戰(zhàn)性的問題。面對這樣的考題，你一定要心平氣和，較為委婉地加以反駁和申訴，絕不可情緒激動。 　　八、放飛想象的翅膀，言之有物 　　面試中，偶爾也會出現(xiàn)一些近乎怪異的假想題，這類題目一般都具有不確定性和隨意性，這也使應(yīng)試者在回答時有了發(fā)揮想象的空間和進行創(chuàng)造性思維的領(lǐng)域，你只要充分利用自己積累的知識，大膽地以“假設(shè)”對“假設(shè)”，就能夠爭得主動、穩(wěn)操勝券了。 　　九、面對“刁難”巧“較量”，針鋒相對 　　應(yīng)試場上，若遇考官“刁難”，善于“較量”也是一個“殺手锏”。應(yīng)聘者不妨換個角度，從你現(xiàn)在要應(yīng)聘的公司著手，組織幾個原因，最好能實際而具體地提出公司發(fā)展?jié)摿εc個人欣賞公司風(fēng)格的地方，明確地表達應(yīng)聘動機和工作熱情。 　　八大能力 　　一、解決問題的能力 　　每天，我們都要在生活和工作中解決一些綜合性的問題。那些能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題并迅速作出有效決斷的人行情將持續(xù)升溫，在商業(yè)經(jīng)營、管理咨詢、公共管理、科學(xué)、醫(yī)藥和工程領(lǐng)域需求量驟增。 　　二、專業(yè)技能 　　現(xiàn)在，技術(shù)已經(jīng)進入了人類活動的所有領(lǐng)域。工程、通訊、汽車、交通、航空航天領(lǐng)域需要大量能夠?qū)﹄娏?、電子和機械設(shè)備進行安裝、調(diào)試和修理的專業(yè)人員。 　　三、溝通能力 　　所有的公司都不可避免地面臨內(nèi)部雇員如何相處的問題。一個公司的成功很多時候取決于全體職員能否團結(jié)協(xié)作。因此，人力資源經(jīng)理、人事部門官員和管理決策部門必須盡量了解職員的需求并在允許的范圍內(nèi)盡量予以滿足。 其次是形象 西裝襯衫: 1、西裝應(yīng)保持同色配套，并且面料最好以深色或深藍(lán)色為主。避免穿著過于老舊的西裝。 2、不要穿新西裝去參加重要公司的面試，七八成新的服裝最自然妥帖。 3、正式面試時，以長褲并熨燙筆挺為好。褲子長度以直立狀態(tài)下褲腳遮蓋住鞋跟的四分之三為佳。 4、經(jīng)典白色襯衫永不過時，而藍(lán)色襯衫是IT行業(yè)男士的最佳選擇，能體現(xiàn)出智慧、沉穩(wěn)的氣質(zhì)。不要穿帶圖案的或條紋襯衫。天然纖維衣料最好，由于棉布容易起皺。 5、西裝胸袋放條裝飾手帕看起來頗為別致。 6、面試前，要將衣洗熨干凈，這個非常必要。 系上領(lǐng)帶: 1、領(lǐng)帶最好在材質(zhì)和風(fēng)格上與已有的西裝、襯衫是相同的。領(lǐng)帶的長度以至皮帶扣處為宜。值得提醒的是，最好不要使用領(lǐng)帶夾!使用領(lǐng)帶夾只是亞洲少數(shù)國家的習(xí)慣，具有很強的地區(qū)色彩，不是國際通行慣例。 2、盡量選擇顏色明亮的領(lǐng)帶。選購時可以征詢太太或女友的意見，太過鮮艷顯得花俏，以能帶給他人明朗良好印象則較為適宜。 3、領(lǐng)帶不平整給人一種衣冠不整的觀感，盡可能別上領(lǐng)帶夾。 4、男孩子的領(lǐng)帶不要過長，一般到褲帶，不能別領(lǐng)帶夾，那是已婚男士的標(biāo)志。 5、領(lǐng)帶只有一種可接受的選擇--真絲領(lǐng)帶，亞麻的經(jīng)常起皺，毛的太隨便，合成纖維的不好打結(jié)，看上去又很便宜。 鞋和襪子: 1、別穿球鞋應(yīng)聘，皮鞋也盡量不要選給人攻擊性感覺的尖頭款式，方頭系帶的皮鞋是最佳選擇。 2、西裝和皮鞋的顏色以保守為原則，面談時最好避免穿著過份突異的顏色。穿著黑色皮鞋，是最為保險穩(wěn)妥的選擇。雖然是黑色皮鞋，但是也一定要經(jīng)常擦拭，保持鞋面的清潔光亮! 3、襪子顏色最好和鞋、褲子的顏色一致，保持足夠的長度，以襪口抵達小腿為宜。 細(xì)節(jié)注意: 1、如果穿雙排扣西裝，紐扣一定要全部扣上;單排扣的西裝在正式場合須扣上一個;兩?？鄣膽?yīng)扣上不扣下;三?？鄣膽?yīng)扣中間一粒。 2、戴眼鏡的朋友，鏡框的配戴最好能使人感覺穩(wěn)重，調(diào)和。眼鏡的上鏡框高度以眉頭和眼睛之間的1/2為合適，外邊框以跟臉最寬處平行為宜。 3、濃重的體味、口臭屬大忌，刮胡水是男性香水適當(dāng)?shù)奶娲贰? 4、不要將鑰匙、手機、零錢等放在褲袋中。 5、發(fā)型要得體，不要在面試前一天理發(fā)，頭發(fā)不能過長，不能染發(fā)燙發(fā)更不能戴首飾。 當(dāng)然應(yīng)聘還需要文化程度，年齡等作為基礎(chǔ)參考。
