我不知道這本書網(wǎng)上有沒有得賣,但是各大書店肯定有的喔~~
呵呵,非常推薦~~~
順便說明一下,這本書前面一部分是英語,然后有中文解釋,每課后有習(xí)題,我們開始不知道書后面有習(xí)題答案?。『呛?,再后面有課文的翻譯,因?yàn)橄裆虅?wù)信件之類的文章我們看不懂。
總之,這本書很不錯(cuò),不然我們學(xué)校也不會(huì)選做教材吖~~呵呵。

通過外貿(mào)英語函電的實(shí)訓(xùn),讓我了解并熟悉外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)的關(guān)鍵步驟,重點(diǎn)掌握外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)信函的撰寫要點(diǎn),初步做到能再一般情況下寫出內(nèi)容確切、表達(dá)得體、符合規(guī)范、語句通順、沒有語法錯(cuò)誤的信函,了解外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)過程中的相關(guān)術(shù)語,包括交易條件和環(huán)境。了解業(yè)務(wù)信函的趨向,并學(xué)習(xí)電傳、傳真、郵件的有關(guān)知識(shí)及寫法 。一、商務(wù)信函的格式和組成部分
除了簡(jiǎn)單書信格式和功能書信格式以外,商業(yè)書信通常由下列幾個(gè)成分組成:
1. Letterhead 信頭
就是信紙最上方的關(guān)于一個(gè)公司的名字和地址。
2. Dateline 日期
寫信的日期。
3. Inside Address 信內(nèi)地址
信內(nèi)地址是收信人的地址,包括對(duì)方公司的名字和地址。
4. Salutation 稱呼語
可以是 Dear Sir(s),Ladies andGentlemen,如果知道對(duì)方的姓名則要寫對(duì)方的姓(Mr/Mrs xxx)。具體要因情況而異。
5. Body of the Letter 正文
此處就是你寫信的意圖和想要達(dá)成的目的了。注意商務(wù)書信要盡量簡(jiǎn)潔、直接,以免含混不清、造成誤會(huì)。
6. Signature Block 簽名欄
先要寫上一些Complimentary Close (信尾客套語),如:Yoursfaithfully, Yours truly 等等。
Hand-Written Signature and SignatureIdentification 手寫體簽名和簽名
簽名部分包括手寫體簽名和印刷體簽名,手寫簽名要在印刷的簽名的上面。
二、函電書寫基本原則
1、Courtesy 禮貌語言要有禮且謙虛,及時(shí)地回信也是禮貌的表現(xiàn)。
例如: We have received with many thanks your letter of 20May, and we take the pleasure of sending you our latest catalog. We wish to draw your attention to a specialoffer which we have made in it. You will be particularly interestedin a special offer on page 5 of the latest catalog enclosed, which yourequested in your letter of 20 May.
2、Consideration體諒
寫信時(shí)要處處從對(duì)方的角度去考慮有什么需求,而不是從自身出發(fā),語氣上更尊重對(duì)方。
例如: "You earn 2 percent discount when you pay cash. Wewill send you the brochure next month. "就比 "We allow 2 percent discount for cash payment. Wewon't be able to send you the brochure this month." 要好。
3、Completeness完整
一封商業(yè)信函應(yīng)概況了各項(xiàng)必需的事項(xiàng),如邀請(qǐng)信應(yīng)說明時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等,確忌寄出含糊不清的信件。
4、Clarity 清楚意思表達(dá)明確,要注意:
(1)避免用詞錯(cuò)誤:例如:As to the steamers sailing from Hong Kongto San Francisco,we have bimonthly direct services. 此處bimonthly 有歧義:可以是 twice a month 或者 once two month.故讀信者就迷惑了,可以改寫為: 1.We have two direct sailings every month from Hong Kong to San Francisco. 2.Wehave semimonthly direct sailing from Hong Kong to San Francisco. 3.We have adirect sailing from Hong Kong to San Francisco.
(2)注意詞語所放的位置:
例如: . We shall be able to supply 10cases of the item only. 前者則有兩種商品以上的含義。
(3)注意句子的結(jié)構(gòu):
例如: We sent you 5 samples yesterday of the goods which yourequested in your letter of May 20 by air. We sent you, by air, 5samples of the goods which you requested in your letter of May 20.
5、Conciseness簡(jiǎn)潔
(1)避免廢話連篇:
例如: .We wish to acknowledge receipt of yourletter...可改為:We appreciate your letter... .Enclosedherewith please find two copies of...可改為: We enclose two copies of...
(2)避免不必要的重復(fù):
(3)短句、單詞的運(yùn)用: Enclosed herewith----->enclosed at thistime----->now due to the fact that----->because a draft in the amount of$1000----->a draft for $1000

在國(guó)際商務(wù)交往中,建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系是交易開始和擴(kuò)展的基礎(chǔ)。建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系一般經(jīng)由以下幾個(gè)渠道:國(guó)內(nèi)外商會(huì)和貿(mào)易促進(jìn)會(huì),大使館、領(lǐng)事館、商務(wù)參贊處,海外客戶、公開發(fā)行的行業(yè)名錄,市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,商務(wù)交易會(huì)或展覽會(huì),銀行,貿(mào)易代表團(tuán)體的互訪,市場(chǎng)代表自我介紹。
基本寫作原則
1. 告之對(duì)方自己如何熟悉其地址和業(yè)務(wù)范圍,并表示原意與對(duì)方建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系; 2. 向?qū)Ψ阶晕医榻B(企業(yè)性質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)狀況、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍及信譽(yù)聲望等); 3. 寄出或索取樣品、價(jià)格單和其他可供參考的資料;
4. 以禮節(jié)性的語言結(jié)束,表明希望彼此合作,發(fā)展互惠貿(mào)易關(guān)系及期待對(duì)方答復(fù)。 擬訂有關(guān)建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系信函時(shí),禮貌、得體、簡(jiǎn)潔、樸實(shí)地將寫信人的意圖清楚、完整地告之對(duì)方是關(guān)鍵的。其語言風(fēng)格為開門見山,簡(jiǎn)明扼要,切忌拖泥帶水,避免使用冷僻的詞匯或難懂的專門用語。

Provided prices are right. 前提是價(jià)格便宜。

五、合同
商務(wù)合同是在商務(wù)活動(dòng)中簽署的具有法律地位的法律文件,其在措辭上使用嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá),以體現(xiàn)法律語言的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性;在行文上采用平鋪直敘的方法陳述事理,以明確合同雙方的權(quán)利義務(wù)。英文合同的詞匯具有準(zhǔn)確、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、正式、莊重、保守及規(guī)范等特點(diǎn),具體體現(xiàn)在正式的書卷詞語、專業(yè)詞語、古體詞語、外來詞、同義詞并列、模糊限制詞的運(yùn)用以及具有特定含義的常用詞的使用。合同語言的語法特點(diǎn)是從句疊出,定語從句、狀語從句廣泛使用,狀語位置常常出現(xiàn)在主句內(nèi)部或從句的內(nèi)部以保證法律語言的嚴(yán)密和清晰。合同語言將各種從屬關(guān)系分句交織合并成一個(gè)冗長(zhǎng)而獨(dú)立的復(fù)合句,不使用省略句,不使用感嘆句,很少使用簡(jiǎn)單句。合同語言的篇章特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范、條理清晰,采用法律文書的通用句子模式。
