區(qū)別： 1、定義 外貿(mào)跟單員定義： 外貿(mào)跟單員是指在進出口業(yè)務中，在貿(mào)易合同簽訂后，依據(jù)合同和相關(guān)單證對貨物加工、裝運、保險、報檢、報關(guān)、結(jié)匯等部分或全部環(huán)節(jié)進行跟蹤或操作，協(xié)助履行貿(mào)易合同的外貿(mào)業(yè)務人員。 單證員是指在對外貿(mào)易結(jié)算業(yè)務中，買賣雙方憑借在進出口業(yè)務中應用的單據(jù)、證書來處理貨物的交付、運輸、保險、商檢、結(jié)匯等工作的人員。 2、工作內(nèi)容 外貿(mào)跟單員按業(yè)務進程可分為前程跟單、中程跟單和全程跟單三大類： 前程跟單是指“跟”到出口貨物交到指定出口倉庫為止； 中程跟單是指“跟”到裝船清關(guān)為止； 全程跟單是指“跟”到貨款到賬，合同履行完畢為止。跟單員按業(yè)務性質(zhì)分又可分為外貿(mào)跟單和訂單跟單。 單證員工作內(nèi)容：收集和整理各種單證，完成送貨單、訂單、提單核對等對單據(jù)的各項處理，并進行基礎數(shù)據(jù)錄入和歸檔；跟蹤每票貨物的送貨情況，統(tǒng)計核對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)；在整個過程中，完成與業(yè)務員、跟單員以及客戶、貨代各方面的協(xié)調(diào)溝通工作；協(xié)助參與收付匯，外匯核銷以及退稅的跟蹤。 3、認證資格 貿(mào)跟單員，是我國商務行業(yè)繼國際商務從業(yè)資格、國際貨代員、國際商務單證員職業(yè)資格培訓考試后第四個崗位的培訓與認證考試，是外貿(mào)行業(yè)又一熱門職業(yè)。 國際商務單證員全國統(tǒng)一考試主要是測試應試者從事國際商務單證工作必備的業(yè)務知識和能力。 國際商務單證員全國統(tǒng)一考試實行公開、公正、公平的原則，采取全國統(tǒng)一報名、統(tǒng)一收費標準、統(tǒng)一命題、統(tǒng)一考試、統(tǒng)一閱卷、統(tǒng)一發(fā)證的方式進行。
1．客戶 詢盤 ：一般在客戶下perchase Order之前，都會有相關(guān)的Order Inquiry給業(yè)務部，做一些細節(jié)上的了解。\x0d\x0a　　2．報價：業(yè)務部及時回復客人查詢，確定貨物品名，型號，生產(chǎn)廠家，數(shù)量，交貨期，付款方式，包裝規(guī)格及柜型等，peroforma Invoice 給客戶做正式報價。\x0d\x0a　　3．得到訂單：經(jīng)過洽談，收到客戶正式的訂單perchase Order。\x0d\x0a　　4．下生產(chǎn)訂單：得到客人的訂單確認后，給工廠下訂單，安排生產(chǎn)計劃。\x0d\x0a　　5．業(yè)務審批：業(yè)務部收到訂單后，首先做出業(yè)務審核表。按“出口合同審核表”的項目如實填寫，盡可能將各種預計費用都列明。合同審批需附上客人訂單傳真件，與工廠的收購合同。審核表要由業(yè)務員簽名，部門經(jīng)理審批，再交管理部人員審核后才能執(zhí)行。如金額較大的，或有預付款和傭金等條款的，要經(jīng)公司總經(jīng)理審批才行。合同審批之后，制成銷售訂單，交給部門進程員跟進。\x0d\x0a　　6．下達生產(chǎn)通知：業(yè)務部在確定交貨期后，滿足下列情況可下達生產(chǎn)通知, 通知工廠按時生產(chǎn)：\x0d\x0a　　6.1：如果是L/C付款的客戶，通常是在交貨期前1個月確認L/C已經(jīng)收到，收到L/C后應業(yè)務員和 單證 員分別審查 信用證 ，檢查是否存在錯誤，交貨期能否保障，及其他可能的問題，如有問題應立即請客人改證。\x0d\x0a　　6.2：如果是T/T付款的客戶，要確認定金已經(jīng)到賬。\x0d\x0a　　6.3：如果是放帳客戶，或通過銀行D/A等方式收匯等，需經(jīng)理確認。\x0d\x0a　　7． 驗貨：\x0d\x0a　　7.1：在交貨期前一周，要通知公司驗貨員驗貨。\x0d\x0a　　7.2：如果客人要自己或指定驗貨人員來驗貨的，要在交貨期一周前，約客戶查貨并將查貨日期告知計劃部。\x0d\x0a　　7.3：如果客人指定由第三方驗貨公司或公正行等驗貨的，要在交貨期兩周前與驗貨公司聯(lián)系，預約驗貨時間，確保在交貨期前安排好時間。確定后將驗貨時間通知工廠。\x0d\x0a　　8．制備基本文件。工廠提供的裝箱資料，制作出口合同，出口商業(yè)發(fā)票，裝箱單等文件（應由業(yè)務 跟單員 制作，交給 單證 員）。\x0d\x0a　　9．商檢：如果是國家法定商檢產(chǎn)品，在給工廠下訂單時要說明商檢要求，并提供出口合同，發(fā)票等商檢所需資料。而且要告訴工廠將來產(chǎn)品的出口口岸，便于工廠辦理商檢。應在發(fā)貨一周之前拿到商檢換證憑單/條。\x0d\x0a　　10． 租船訂倉：\x0d\x0a　　10.1．如果跟客人簽定的合同是 FOB CHINA條款，通常客人會指定運輸代理公司或船公司。應盡早與貨代聯(lián)系，告知發(fā)貨意向，了解將要安排的出口口岸，船期等情況，Q確認工廠的交貨能否早于開船期至少一周以前，以及船期能否達到客人要求的交貨期。應在交貨期兩周之前向貨運公司發(fā)出書面定倉通知（ING ORDER），通常在開船一周前可拿到定倉紙。\x0d\x0a　　10.2．如果是由賣方支付運費，應盡早向貨運公司或船公司咨詢船期，運價，開船口岸等。經(jīng)比較，選擇價格優(yōu)惠，信譽好，船期合適的船公司，并告訴業(yè)務員通告給客人。如客人不同意時要另選客人認可的船公司。開船前兩周書面定倉，程序同上。\x0d\x0a　　10.3．如果貨物不夠一個小柜，需走散貨時，向貨代公司定散貨倉位。拿到入倉紙時，還要了解截關(guān)時間，入倉報關(guān)要求，等內(nèi)容。\x0d\x0a　　10.4．向運輸公司定倉時，一定要傳真書面定倉紙，注明所定船期，柜型及數(shù)量，目的港等內(nèi)容，以避免差錯。\x0d\x0a　　11． 安排拖柜：\x0d\x0a　　11.1．貨物做好并驗貨通過后，委托拖車公司提柜，裝柜。拖車公司應選擇安全可靠，價格合理的公司簽定協(xié)議長期合作，以確保安全及準時。要給拖車公司傳真以下資料：定倉確認書/放柜紙，船公司，定倉號，拖柜委托書，注明裝柜時間，柜型及數(shù)量，裝柜地址，報關(guān)行，及裝船口岸等。如果有驗貨公司看裝柜，要專門聲明，不能晚到。并要求回傳一份上柜資料，列明柜號、車牌號、司機及聯(lián)系電話等\x0d\x0a　　11.2．傳真一份裝車資料給工廠，列明上柜時間、柜型、訂倉號、訂單號、車牌號以及司機聯(lián)系電話。\x0d\x0a　　11.3．要求工廠在貨柜離開工廠后盡快傳真一份裝貨通知給業(yè)務部，列明貨柜離廠時間、實際裝貨數(shù)量等，并記裝箱號碼和封條號碼作為提單的資料。要求工廠裝柜后一定要記住上封條。\x0d\x0a　　12．委托報關(guān)：在拖柜同時將報關(guān)所需資料交給合作報關(guān)行，委托出口報關(guān)及做商檢通關(guān)換單。通常要給報關(guān)留出兩天時間（船截關(guān)前）。委托報關(guān)時，應提供一份裝柜資料，內(nèi)容包括所裝貨物及數(shù)量，口岸，船公司，定倉號，柜號，船開截關(guān)時間，拖車公司，柜型及數(shù)量，本公司的聯(lián)系人和電話等。\x0d\x0a　　13． 獲得運輸文件：\x0d\x0a　　13.1． 最遲在開船后兩天內(nèi)，要將提單補料內(nèi)容傳真給船運公司或貨運代理。補料要按找L/C或客人的要求來做，并給出正確的貨物數(shù)量，以及一些特殊要求等，包括要求船公司隨同提單出的船證明等。\x0d\x0a　　13.2． 督促船公司盡快出提單樣板及運費帳單。仔細核對樣本無誤后，向船公司書面確認提單內(nèi)容。如果提單需客人確認的，要先傳真提單樣板給客人，得到確認后再要求船公司出正本。\x0d\x0a　　13.3． 及時支付運雜費，付款后通知船公司及時取得提單等運輸文件。支付運費應做登記。\x0d\x0a　　14． 準備其他文件\x0d\x0a　　14.1．商業(yè)發(fā)票：L/C 要求提供的文件中，對商業(yè)發(fā)票要求最嚴格。發(fā)票的日期要確定在開證日之后，交貨期之前。發(fā)票中的貨物描述要與L/C上的完全相同，小寫和大寫金額都要正確無誤。L/C上對發(fā)票的條款應顯示出來，要顯示嘜頭。如果發(fā)票需辦理對方大使館認證，一般要提前20天辦理。\x0d\x0a　　14.2．FORMA原產(chǎn)地證書：FORM A 原產(chǎn)地證要在發(fā)貨之前到檢驗檢疫局申辦。需注意的是運輸日期要在L/C 的交貨期和開船日之前，在發(fā)票日期之后。未能在發(fā)貨之前辦理的，要辦理后發(fā)證書，需提供 報關(guān)單 ，提單等文件。經(jīng)香港轉(zhuǎn)運的貨物，F(xiàn)ORM A證書通常要到香港的中國商檢公司辦理加簽，證明未在港對貨物進行再加工。\x0d\x0a　　14.3．一般原產(chǎn)地證：一般原產(chǎn)地證可在中國貿(mào)易促進會辦理，要求低一些?？稍诎l(fā)貨之后不太長的時間內(nèi)補辦。如果原產(chǎn)地證書要辦理大使館加簽，也和發(fā)票一樣要提前20天辦理。\x0d\x0a　　14.4．裝運通知：一般是要求在開船后幾天之內(nèi)，要通知客人發(fā)貨的細節(jié)，包括船名，航班次，開船日，預計抵港日，貨物及數(shù)量，金額，包裝件數(shù)，嘜頭，目的港代理人等。有時L/C要求提供發(fā)送證明，如傳真報告書，發(fā)函底單等，注意按客人要求的時間內(nèi)辦理。\x0d\x0a　　14.5．裝箱單：裝箱單應清楚地表明貨物裝箱情況。要顯示每箱內(nèi)裝的數(shù)量，每箱的毛重，凈重，外箱尺寸。按外箱尺寸計算出來的總體積要與標明的總體積相符。要顯示嘜頭和箱號，以便于客人查找。裝箱單的重量，體積要于提單相符。\x0d\x0a　　15．交單：\x0d\x0a　　15.1．采用L/C收匯的，應在規(guī)定的交單時間內(nèi)，備齊全部 單證 ，并嚴格審單，確保沒有錯誤，才交銀行議付。\x0d\x0a　　15.2．采用T/T收匯的，在取得提單后馬上傳真提單給客人付款，確認受到余款后再將提單正本及其他文件寄給客人。\x0d\x0a　　15.3．如果T/T收匯的，要求收全款才能做柜的，要等收款后再安排拖柜。拿到提單后可立即寄正本提單給客人。\x0d\x0a　　16．業(yè)務登記：每單出口業(yè)務在完成后要及時做登記，包括電腦登記及書面登記，便于以后查詢，統(tǒng)計等。\x0d\x0a　　17．文件存檔：所有的文件、L/C和議付文件必須留存一整套以備查用。\x0d\x0a　　18．單證員平時應注意收集運價變動，船期，航線，等信息，為業(yè)務員報價提供幫助。
出口貨物流程主要包括：報價、訂貨、付款方式、備貨、包裝、通關(guān)手續(xù)、裝船、運輸保險、提單、結(jié)匯。 一、報價 在國際貿(mào)易中一般是由產(chǎn)品的詢價、報價作為貿(mào)易的開始。其中，對于出口產(chǎn)品的報價主要包括：產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量等級、產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格型號、產(chǎn)品是否有特殊包裝要求、所購產(chǎn)品量的多少、交貨期的要求、產(chǎn)品的運輸方式、產(chǎn)品的材質(zhì)等內(nèi)容。 比較常用的報價有： FOB船上交貨、CNF成本加運費、CIF成本、保險費加運費等形式。 二、訂貨（簽約） 貿(mào)易雙方就報價達成意向后，買方企業(yè)正式訂貨并就一些相關(guān)事項與賣方企業(yè)進行協(xié)商，雙方協(xié)商認可后，需要簽訂《購貨合同》。在簽訂《購貨合同》過程中，主要對商品名稱、規(guī)格型號、數(shù)量、價格、包裝、產(chǎn)地、裝運期、付款條件、結(jié)算方式、索賠、仲裁等內(nèi)容進行商談，并將商談后達成的協(xié)議寫入《購貨合同》。這標志著出口業(yè)務的正式開始。通常情況下，簽訂購貨合同一式兩份由雙方蓋本公司公章生效，雙方各保存一份。 三、付款方式 比較常用的國際付款方式有三種，即信用證付款方式、TT付款方式和直接付款方式。 1、信用證付款方式 信用證分為光票信用證和跟單信用證兩類。跟單信用證是指附有指定單據(jù)的信用證，不附任何單據(jù)的信用證稱光票信用證。簡單地說，信用證是保證出口商收回貨款的保證文件。請注意，出口貨物的裝運期限應在信用證的有效期限內(nèi)進行，信用證交單期限必須不遲于信用證的有效日期內(nèi)提交。 國際貿(mào)易中以信用證為付款方式的居多，信用證的開證日期應當明確、清楚、完整。中國的幾家國有商業(yè)銀行，如中國銀行、中國建設銀行、中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中國工商銀行等，都能夠?qū)ν忾_立信用證（這幾家主要銀行的開證手續(xù)費都是開證金額的1.5‰）。 2、TT付款方式 TT付款方式是以外匯現(xiàn)金方式結(jié)算，由您的客戶將款項匯至貴公司指定的外匯銀行賬號內(nèi)，可以要求貨到后一定期限內(nèi)匯款。 3、直接付款方式 是指買賣雙方直接交貨付款。 四、備貨 備貨在整個貿(mào)易流程中，起到舉足輕重的重要地位，須按照合同逐一落實。備貨的主要核對內(nèi)容如下： 1、貨物品質(zhì)、規(guī)格，應按合同的要求核實。 2、貨物數(shù)量：保證滿足合同或信用證對數(shù)量的要求。 3、備貨時間：應根據(jù)信用證規(guī)定，結(jié)合船期安排，以利于船貨銜接。 五、包裝 您可以根據(jù)貨物的不同，來選擇包裝形式（如：紙箱、木箱、編織袋等）。不同的包裝形式其包裝要求也有所不同。 1、一般出口包裝標準：根據(jù)貿(mào)易出口通用的標準進行包裝。 2、特殊出口包裝標準：根據(jù)客戶的特殊要求進行出口貨物包裝。 3、貨物的包裝和嘜頭（運輸標志）：應進行認真檢查核實，使之符合信用證的規(guī)定。 六、通關(guān)手續(xù) 通關(guān)手續(xù)極為煩瑣又極其重要，如不能順利通關(guān)則無法完成交易。 1、屬法定檢驗的出口商品須辦出口商品檢驗證書。 目前我國進出口商品檢驗工作主要有四個環(huán)節(jié)： ○接受報驗：報驗是指對外貿(mào)易關(guān)系人向商檢機構(gòu)報請檢驗。 ○抽樣：商檢機構(gòu)接受報驗之后，及時派員赴貨物堆存地點進行現(xiàn)場檢驗、鑒定。 ○檢驗：商檢機構(gòu)接受報驗之后，認真研究申報的檢驗項目，確定檢驗內(nèi)容。并仔細審核合同（信用證）對品質(zhì)、規(guī)格、包裝的規(guī)定，弄清檢驗的依據(jù)，確定檢驗標準、方法。（檢驗方法有抽樣檢驗，儀器分析檢驗；物理檢驗；感官檢驗；微生物檢驗等） ○簽發(fā)證書：在出口方面，凡列入〖種類表〗內(nèi)的出口商品，經(jīng)商檢機構(gòu)檢驗合格后，簽發(fā)放行單（或在出口貨物報關(guān)單上加蓋放行章，以代替放行單）。 2、須由專業(yè)持有報關(guān)證人員，持箱單、發(fā)票、報關(guān)委托書、出口結(jié)匯核銷單、出口貨物合同副本、出口商品檢驗證書等文本去海關(guān)辦理通關(guān)手續(xù)。 ○箱單是由出口商提供的出口產(chǎn)品裝箱明細。 ○發(fā)票是由出口商提供的出口產(chǎn)品證明。 ○報關(guān)委托書是沒有報關(guān)能力的單位或個人委托報關(guān)代理行來報關(guān)的證明書。 ○出口核銷單由出口單位到外匯局申領，指有出口能力的單位取得出口退稅的一種單據(jù)。 ○商檢證書是經(jīng)過出入境檢驗檢疫部門或其指定的檢驗機構(gòu)檢驗合格后而得到的，是各種進出口商品檢驗證書、鑒定證書和其他證明書的統(tǒng)稱。是對外貿(mào)易有關(guān)各方履行契約義務、處理索賠爭、議和仲裁、訴訟舉證，具有法律依據(jù)的有效證件，同時也是海關(guān)驗放、征收關(guān)稅和優(yōu)惠減免關(guān)稅的必要證明。
